Folkestone has launched a new unlisted real estate fund to acquire The Station, a neighbourhood retail centre in Oxley, Brisbane, which opened for trade in July 2013.

A Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) for the Fund is now available. Applications for units in the Fund may only be made under the application form in the PDS.
